On this date, I was removed from a non-legal meeting of persons wrongfully acting as Washoe County commissioners.
"Commissioners" Larkin, Weber, Humke, and Galloway can not prove that they were legitimately and honestly elected. As you are well aware, voting machines in Nevada have been exposed as highly susceptible to tampering for the purpose of throwing elections. Exact-same machines have been decertified in California following a review conducted by world-class computer security experts; said experts found said machines to be dirty.
It is to your shame that you have not taken any initiative to have Nevada's corrupt machines also decertified in keeping with California's integrity and commitment to the importance of honest elections.
Because you do not possess the level of intestinal fortitude which your office demands, we here in Washoe are cursed with the stupid, corrupt, and arrogant antics of Larkin, et al. If you had one-tenth the integrity that should be offered by any person holding your high office, you would have exposed our impostor commissioners over a year ago and called for their resignations. Your own resignation will not be addressed here.
While speaking at the Washoe podium today, the impostor chair did not like my choice of words and ordered my removal.Note that today's meeting was not agendized pursuant to law.
As you were informed weeks back by Lt. Col. Sam Dehne ~ via another OML complaint ~ the Washoe "Commission" no longer discusses and adopts each meeting's agenda in public. CONTRARY TO LAW, LARKIN AND HIS GANG MADE SUCH DECISION ~ TOOK SUCH ACTION ~ IN SECRET RATHER THAN DURING A PUBLIC MEETING.
This means, of course, that all meetings of this illegitimate public body, held since its non-legal action was taken to no longer discuss and adopt each agenda in public, are null and void.
You, of course, in keeping with your demonstrated modus operandi, will answer this complaint (if at all) with words stating that everything is hunky-dory in Nevada government AND that the sun comes up from the direction of the north pole. And that Nevada law doesn't really mean what it clearly says.
You will, again ~ as you did in your response to Col. Dehne's mentioned complaint ~ commit deceit by omission in not acknowledging that the Larkin Gang should not have secretly terminated its long-standing policy of discussing and adopting agendas in public. Changing a significant policy requires an action. Is it not just plain wrong for you to ignore the following?... the legislature finds and declares that all public bodies exist to aid in the conduct of the people's business. It is the intent of the law that their actions be taken openly and their deliberations be conducted openly. NRS 241.010
The action of any public body taken in violation of any provision of this chapter (the OML) is void. NRS 241.036You are here requested to opine that I was wrongfully removed from an illegitimate meeting of an illegitimate Washoe County Commission which is now adopting fraudulent meeting agendas in an illegitimate manner. You are further requested to call for the resignations of Larkin and Gang.
