Greetings:
Democracy can not and does not exist without honest and accurate elections. Do you agree?
Can you prove that you were honestly elected during a process that did not employ voting machines which are easy to rig to throw elections? If your answer is yes, please explain in detail.
In your opinion, why is it that Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto refuses to answer questions about the integrity of elections in Nevada?
Do you agree that throwing or attempting to throw any election of public officials is a form of treason and that treason is a capital crime?
Are you willing to undergo a polygraph examination regarding the integrity of elections in the State of Nevada?
During the 2007 legislative session, did you leave the room during a committee meeting just before knowledgeable persons gave testimony exposing Nevada's Sequoia voting machines as being highly susceptible to tampering? Did you indicate that you had something more important to do?
Has Mr. Howard Cramer of Sequoia Voting Systems, the vendor of Nevada's electronic voting machines, ever discussed with you how said machines can be programmed or otherwise manipulated to report desired vote counts for targeted political candidates?
Information on the Internet states the following:
... Princeton Computer Science Professor Andrew Appel revealed that he bought 5 of [Sequoia's] Advantage voting machines from an on-line government equipment clearinghouse ...
Professor Appel and his team put the 5 machines to good use according to the article.
A Princeton student picked one machine's lock "in seven seconds" to access the removable chips containing Sequoia's vote-recording software, Appel said."We can take a version of Sequoia's software program and modify it to do something different --- like appear to count votes, but really move them from one candidate to another. And it can be programmed to do that only on Tuesdays in November, and at any other time. You can't detect it," Appel said last week.

Further, Sequoia voting machines ~ exactly like those used in Nevada, have been decertified (trashed) in California. A 2007 "top to bottom" review of said machines found them to be highly susceptible to tampering. This review was conducted by world-class computer security experts employed by the University of California as requested by California's Secretary of State.
Mr. Raggio, why should Nevada not also decertify its Sequoia voting machines? Why are you a supporter of using machines that can be easily rigged to throw elections? Do you like the idea of throwing elections?
Does Sequoia's website say this:
Our tamperproof products, including the AVC Edge and the AVC Advantage, are sought after from coast to coast for their accuracy and reliability.
Based upon studies conducted by computer security experts at Princeton University, the University of California, and Johns Hopkins University, is it true that Sequoia's products ARE tamperproof? Of course not.
Mr. Raggio, do you have computer security credentials that are equal to or superior to those held by experts at the mentioned universities?
Mr. Raggio, can you prove that Sequoia's voting machines are tamperproof?
If Sequoia's voting machines are NOT tamperproof as claimed, why should Sequoia not be sued by the State of Nevada for fraud? Why should punitive damages not be targeted at $100-billion?
Once again, Mr. Raggio, if Sequoia's voting machines are NOT tamperproof as claimed, why should that company not be sued for fraud? Why should punitive damages not be targeted at $100-billion?
What dollar value do you view as equitable when elections integrity is compromised?
Is it the fact that you will fight against Nevada suing Sequoia in that Sequoia officials can prove a conspiracy between themselves and Nevada officials?
As a public officer, you have a fiduciary relationship with the sovereign people. Do you understand what this means, Mr. Raggio? If not, why not?
Are you not obligated to blow the whistle on dirty voting machines? Are you not obligated to protect the sovereign people against elections fraud?
Why are you not taking the high road on this scandal? Why are you siding with Sequoia against the sovereign people and against decent government?
Is it the fact that you will fight against Nevada suing Sequoia in that Sequoia officials can prove a conspiracy between themselves and Nevada officials?
Sincerely,
Guy Felton
