AN OPEN LETTER TO FBI DIRECTOR ROBERT S. MUELLER
From Guy Felton, Reno, Nevada
March 4, 2008

Greetings:

The State of Nevada uses Sequoia voting machines in all of its counties. Machines of the same type were decertified in California following a 2007 review by University of California computer security experts who found them to be easy to rig to throw elections.

See:
http://www.sos.ca.gov/elections/elections_vsr.htm

Nevada officials are ignoring California's review of said Sequoia machines and are not moving to decertify Nevada's exact-same machines. Nevada's Attorney General, Catherine Cortez Masto, refuses to answer related questions of concern. These questions include:

Did Sequoia Voting Systems represent its voting machines as being tamper-proof prior to their being purchased by Nevada officials?

If not, why were said machines purchased?

Did Sequoia Voting Systems commit fraud in misrepresenting its voting machines as being tamper-proof?

For background, you are asked to Google "Sequoia Voting Systems crimes" and "Howard Cramer Sequoia".  Mr. Cramer is Sequoia's vice-president for sales.

Is the FBI ignoring the significance of California's voting machine review and if so, why? Does the FBI agree that it is just plain wrong for any political jurisdiction to employ voting machines that are known to be dirty? Is the FBI doing anything to prevent future use of voting machines which pose a threat against the integrity of elections in America? Has the FBI given consideration to the ramifications of wide-spread use of machines that are susceptible to vote tampering?

Your timely response is requested and will be appreciated.

Sincerely,

Guy P. Felton III, Webmaster
