AN OPEN LETTER TO JUDGE EDWARD DANNAN

Your Honor:
When Al Hesson appeared before you, you ruled that he was to not attend any meetings of the Washoe County Commission for a full year.
This was in context of Commissioner Bonnie Weber requesting a restraining order to that effect.
In that your salary and office budget were controlled, in part, by Ms. Weber, why did you not disclose a conflict and recuse yourself from the Hesson matter?
I attended Hesson's court session. It was clear to me that you did not conduct yourself as an impartial arbiter of justice. I was also present when Weber caused a verbal altercation with Hesson during a Commission meeting. She clearly violated Hesson's right to free speech under the First Amendment ~ and Hesson, a Navy veteran, did nothing more than defend the Constitution against tyranny. In supporting Weber's tyranny, you violated your oath of office.
Your abuse of powers delegated to you by the sovereign people was despicable.
