An Open Letter to Each Member of the Nevada Legislature
This letter is posted on www.ClickHeer.ComGreetings:
A highly credible witness is prepared to testify in federal court that he was advised by a Storey County official that then-Attorney General Frankie Sue Del Papa ~ or one of her lieutenants ~ ordered Storey County to not accept tax payments on the Gooseberry Mine property in Storey County. This for the purpose of creating a fraudulent tax delinquency situation for the property's owner, Pallas Resource Corporation.
Further, extremely valuable mining equipment and related materials have been stolen from the Gooseberry property over a period of years. Theft reports and vandalism reports submitted to the Storey County Sheriff's Office by Pallas have been ignored. Note that a 2-20-08 letter of concern mailed to Storey County District Attorney Harold Swafford has not been answered.
The above criminal actions have, understandably, created serious problems for Pallas with resulting multimillion-dollar damages that have forced Pallas into bankruptcy proceedings.
What checks and balances are supposed to be in place to prevent any corrupt law enforcement agency in Nevada from practicing selective law enforcement where some criminal actions are pursued and others are not depending upon the agenda of the state's power elite or any county branch of the state's power elite? Is Del Papa willing to undergo a polygraph examination?
Is the State of Nevada not liable for permitting or ignoring wrongful actions committed by corrupt law enforcement officials and county officials?
Sincerely,
Guy Felton
