An Open Letter to Each Member of the Nevada Legislature
This letter is posted on www.ClickHeer.Com

Greetings:

Catherine Cortez Masto has demonstrated that she should not be holding any position of governmental authority. She deserves zero trust and respect. The Nevada Legislature is asked to call for her resignation.

Voting machines in Nevada are highly susceptible to tampering. Masto is aware of this. She knows well that exact-same voting machines in California have been decertified by California's Secretary of State ~ and that she, Masto, should initiate decertification of Nevada's machines. Masto knows that said machines were reviewed during 2007 by world-class computer security experts and found to be easy to rig to throw elections. The sovereign people of Nevada deserve an elections system that is honest and accurate. MASTO DOES NOT AGREE.

The open meeting law is commonly castrated by Masto. One example: Under chair Bob Larkin, the Washoe County Commission recently removed discussion and adoption of its meeting agendas from its agendas. The public can now not monitor and provide input into the scheduling of topics concerning the people's business. Obviously, agendas are now being discussed and adopted before public meetings in violation of the OML. Deciding what to discuss in public and what not to discuss in public require value calls and commission consensus; this is now being done in the proverbial "smoky, back rooms of government".

Further, Larkin and his cohorts made their decision to no longer publicly decide agendas IN SECRET without public input! Masto has given her stamp of approval to these clear violations of openness in government.

There is also the matter of Brian Krolicki. A state audit exposed his violations of state laws while Nevada Treasurer. Masto has done nothing meaningful to send him to prison! Why not?

Sincerely,

Guy Felton
