Greetings:

McNally v. U.S. and U.S. v. Holzer both state the following:

Fraud in its elementary common law sense of deceit ... includes the deliberate concealment of material information in a setting of fiduciary obligation. A public official is a fiduciary toward the public ... and if he deliberately conceals material information from them he is guilty of fraud.

Questions:

Are you concealing material information from the public regarding Nevada's voting machines?

Is it true that voting machines just like the Sequoia voting machines used in all of Nevada's counties have been decertified in the State of California?

Is it true that computer security experts conducted a 2007 "Top to Bottom Review" in California which found that Sequoia voting machines of the same type used in Nevada can be easily rigged to throw elections?

Is it true that each subject machine has a button on its rear which permits a corrupt registrar of voters or other poll worker to vote as many times for any candidate(s) as desired by that registrar or worker?

Is it true that said review was conducted at the direction of Debra Bowen, California Secretary of State?

Is it true that no independent and reputable computer security expert on Planet Earth has come forward to disprove and disqualify findings issuing from Secretary Bowen's Top to Bottom Review?

Is it true that one or more employees of the Sequoia Voting Systems corporation has been found guilty of bribing an elections official?

Is it true that a number of registrars of voters and other elections officials have received tangible gifts or vacation trips from Sequoia Voting Systems?

Is it true that Sequoia's vice-president for marketing, Howard Cramer, has been accused of lying by a number of public officials across the United States?

Is it true that it is a type of fraud and a type of treason for any state to knowingly employ voting machines that can be easily rigged to throw elections?

Is it true that treason is a capital crime?

Is it true that YOU and all other members of the Nevada Legislature are ignoring the fact that the state's Sequoia voting machines can not be trusted to report honest and accurate vote tallies?

Why do you support the use of dirty voting machines in Nevada?

Why should the sovereign people trust and respect any public employee who permits a corrupt voting system to prostitute the elections process?

Can you prove that you were honestly elected?

Are you a charlatan who has exercised public powers without legitimate standing to do so?

Are you a charlatan who continues to exercise public powers without legitimate standing to do so?

What decisions made by the Nevada Legislature over how many years deserve to be treated as null and void owing to the fact that past and present members of said public body can not prove they were honestly elected?

What are the ramifications of an illegitimate Nevada Legislature having made illegitimate decisions over a number of years?

Will you continue to ignore this situation in the hope that it will just go away?

Will you permit yourself to pretend that McNally v. U.S. and U.S. v. Holzer do not apply in the State of Nevada?

Prior to their purchase by Dean Heller, Nevada Secretary of State at the time, were subject machines represented by Sequoia as being tamper-proof? Were said machines misrepresented in any way?

Besides Heller, who else was involved in making the decision to purchase subject machines? Are all such involved persons willing to undergo polygraph examinations to prove that they did not knowingly purchase corruptible machines with intent to throw elections in Nevada? (Polygraph examiner to be from out of state and untouchable.)

In that Nevada's Sequoia voting machines can be easily rigged to throw elections, why should Sequoia not be sued for multimillion-dollar fraud with punitive damages targeted at 100 billion dollars?

Sincerely,

Guy Felton

Note: In the event of my untimely demise, this material will remain on the Internet.

And in Nevada, one does not have to be paranoid to make such a statement. In general terms, Nevada is THE most dangerous state in which to live or to visit.
